"Silver" Weekly Programme for Adults
      Duration: Monday to Friday
      TENNIS: Two consecutive hours daily, in the morning or afternoon
      Physical training: 1 daily hours physical training silver

"Gold" Weekly Programme for Adults
      Duration: Monday to Friday
      TENNIS: Two consecutive hours daily, in the morning or afternoon
      PHYSICAL CONDITIONING: one hour daily
      Physical training: 1 daily hours physical training gold
