Programmes: ADULTS WEEKEND

Two hours of on-court training on friday and 4 hours on saturday and sunday, directed by Dani Sorribas, Sergio Casal, Ángel Giménez, Antonio Hernández, Joan Balcellas and supervised by Emilio Sánchez Vicario. Two daily hours of physical conditioning (according to the program).

      Oriented toward all types of players wishing to improve their tennis level
      Training in groups of up to four people, maximum
      Initiation and improvement of basic shots
      Reinforcement of player's strong points
      Compensation of player's weak points
      Technical and tactical work in three areas of on-court play
      Optional specific physical conditioning
