"Silver" Weekend Programme for Adults

      Duration: Friday to Sunday.
      TENNIS: 2 hours on friday (afternoon),  2 hours on Saturday (morning) and 2 hours Sunday
     (morning).


"Gold" Weekend Programme for Adults
      Duration: Friday to Sunday.
      TENNIS: 2 hours on Friday, 4 hours on saturday and 4 hours on sunday, in the morning or
      afternoon
      PHYSICAL CONDITIONING: 1 hour Friday afternoon.

Schedules are planned on a personalised basis.
The programme can be joined at any time of year.
