MAKING BETTER TENNIS PLAYERS

Are you a serious adult player? Are you prepared for intensity, and eager to train hard? The Sánchez-Casal Academy loves to train adult players who want to improve their tennis level.

Our Adult Programs are personalized programs for players seeking to enjoy this wonderful sport in a high performance atmosphere, near the great city of Barcelona.

Each player may choose a program according to the length of their desired stay and their interest in also participating in the physical preparation program. Training is carried out by the Sánchez-Casal Academy technical staff in groups of no more than 4 players per coach and court.

  • Train with highly effective world renowned top coaches who have developed elite players such as Murray, Kuznetsova, Dimitrov, Hantuchova, and Mónaco, among others.
  • Pick a program that suits your needs: weekly, weekend or one day only, and choose between a tennis only program or tennis + physical conditioning program.

MAIN FEATURES OF THE PROGRAM

Each Tennis Program includes:

  • Level evaluation and player placement in a group of no more than 4 players.
  • Court Training: Work with a tennis ball bucket, correction of basic shots, and training in real match situations.
  • Individualized Report: analysis of game pattern, conclusions and suggestions.

Boarding or Non Boarding:

  • The Sanchez-Casal Academy has six magnificent apartments on campus, with an idyllic location overlooking the swimming pool and academy grounds. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a lounge with TV, a refrigerator, and a bathroom with shower. Apartment guests have the possibility to request half board or full board in our restaurant.

The Physical Conditioning Plan includes:

The player will be able to choose one of the following “packs” and work with a personal trainer during daily 1- hour sessions:

  • Specific physical conditioning for tennis.
  • Integral physical and injury prevention plan for common tennis injuries such as knee-ankle, shoulder-elbow, or back.
  • Creation of a basic routine, to be practiced individually.

Club Membership:

  • During the program, the player can use all club facilities: tennis courts, paddle courts, swimming pool, and the fitness area.

CHOOSE YOUR ADULT PROGRAM

WEEKLY PROGRAMS

(Monday to Friday)

  • Bronze Weekly Program: Monday to Friday 2 hours of Tennis Training on court.
  • Gold Weekly program: Monday to Friday 2 hours of Tennis Training on court + 1 hour of Personal Physical Training.

WEEKEND PROGRAMS

(Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

  • Silver Weekend Program: 2 hours daily of Tennis Training on court Friday afternoons + 2 hours daily of Tennis Training on court Saturday and Sunday morning.
  • Gold Weekend Program: 2 hours of Tennis Training on court Friday + 4 hours of Tennis Training on court Saturday and Sunday + 1 hour Physical Training on Friday

ONE DAY PROGRAM

  • 2 hours of Tennis Training on court. Available Monday through Friday.
